Responsibilities
- Supervise onshore MPD operations in accordance with approved procedures
- Lead wellsite execution and operational decision making
- Monitor pressure management systems and drilling performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE and well control requirements
- Coordinate activities between drilling and MPD personnel
- Provide technical guidance during HPHT drilling operations
- Maintain operational reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as an MPD Wellsite Supervisor
- Strong MPD operational background
- Experience working on HPHT wells
- Previous Weatherford MPD experience
- Strong understanding of well control and drilling operations
- All relevant MPD and offshore/onshore certifications current and in date
- Well Control Certification
- Valid Medical Certification

Key Responsibilities

Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as an MPD Wellsite Supervisor
- Strong MPD operational background
- Experience working on HPHT wells

Certifications (Mandatory)
- All relevant MPD and offshore/onshore certifications current and in date
- Well Control Certification
- Valid Medical Certification
