Movers (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• 1.Professional representation of TMT (arrive on time, in uniform, polite). Build rapport with customer.
• 2. Obtain feedback throughout the move (ensure ongoing Customer satisfaction and proactive solutions to issues).
• 3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company products, services, pricing etc. (Value to Customer/Results to TMT)
• 4. Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections
• 5. Clean the truck properly at the end of each day. Ensure truck is restocked and swept out.
• 6. Wear the TMT uniform at all times.
• 7. Ensure compliance with all policies outlined in the employee handbook and by management.
• 8. Participates in regular training and development programs offered through Stickman University.
