Position Overview
Velora Delivery Services is hiring Motorcycle Courier Riders for its last-mile delivery team across the UAE.
The role involves delivering parcels, documents, e-commerce orders, and other shipments safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver shipments safely and on time.
- Follow assigned routes and daily delivery schedules.
- Use GPS, Google Maps, and company delivery applications.
- Contact customers and verify delivery details.
- Obtain proof of delivery through the company system.
- Handle cash-on-delivery payments accurately when required.
- Return undelivered, cancelled, or rejected shipments.
- Protect parcels from loss or damage.
- Report delays, accidents, damage, and customer issues.
- Maintain the motorcycle and delivery box.
- Conduct daily motorcycle safety checks.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, customer service, and warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving licence.
- Previous courier, food delivery, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
- Ability to use smartphones, GPS, Google Maps, and delivery applications.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are advantageous.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily delivery targets.
- Good knowledge of road safety and UAE traffic regulations.

COD accuracy, attendance, punctuality, safe riding, traffic compliance, and equipment care are evaluated.
Employment and Pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 1,800 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed on the road in the UAE.
