- Ensure 90% of repair cost estimates are provided within 48 hours of inspection
- Achieve 100% compliance in verifying and applying insurance policy terms for all processed claims
- Identify and report 95% of suspected fraudulent cases
- Provide monthly reports resulting in at least two actionable changes per year by underwriting
- Complete documentation and preparation of total loss vehicles for auction within 5 business days
- Secure recovery approval letters for 80% of eligible claims within 45 days
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in motor insurance, particularly in surveying or claims
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and damage assessment
- Experience in repair cost estimation and policy analysis
- Good communication skills and customer handling ability
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
