Role Description
- The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full time role responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations that support product, marketing, and brand initiatives.
- Based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, this role combines on site collaboration with flexible work from home options.
- Day to day tasks include designing motion assets, producing short form video content, developing storyboards, and aligning visual narratives with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create high quality animations and visual effects.
- Applied experience in Graphics and Storyboarding to shape clear visual narratives and campaign concepts.
- Hands on skills in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multi platform distribution.
- Experience with industry standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and adapt designs based on feedback and data.
- Solid understanding of digital content formats, social media requirements, and best practices for motion in product and marketing contexts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work for tech, digital products, or startup environments; experience in AI, SaaS, or venture backed products is a plus.
- Relevant degree or training in Design, Animation, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
