Responsibilities
- Translate scripts and ideas into visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and graphic elements for videos and digital content
- Storyboard, design assets, animate sequences, and collaborate with writers, video editors, and producers to refine visual concepts
- Prepare files for video production, ensure brand and visual consistency across projects, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
- Stay updated on motion design trends, optimize workflows, and contribute creative ideas to elevate overall content quality
Requirements
- Strong motion focused skills including Motion Design and Motion Graphics with a robust portfolio showcasing animation work
- Experience in Video Production including understanding of timelines, formats, and collaboration with editors and production teams
- Solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in industry standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Relevant education or training in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in creating impactful, youth oriented content and openness to feedback and collaborative work
