Job Description

  • B·U·T Dubai is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer to work on projects for Fortune 500 companies.
  • This is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, UAE. Relocation assistance and work visa sponsorship available.

Your Job

  • Follow brand guidelines to keep a consistent look and feel across all videos and animations.
  • Edit and enhance video footage and 3D renders, adding transitions, visual effects, music, and sound design.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, staying organized and meeting deadlines without constant direction.
  • Revise and improve work based on team feedback, always aiming to deliver high quality results.
  • Communicate regularly with team to give updates, share progress, and flag challenges early.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and software updates.
  • Maintain clean, well organized project files and share assets for smooth collaboration.
  • Support creative team as needed, stepping in with ideas or help on shared projects.
  • Think conceptually and see the bigger picture.
  • Be precise and prompt, and do what you promise.

Requirements to Apply

  • Expertise in motion graphics, compositing, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong foundation in graphic design, typography animation, and video editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledgeable in 3D and particles plugins such as Element 3D and Trapcode.
  • Expert knowledge in motion graphics, video/audio editing, post production, and VFX across diverse formats.
  • Strong knowledge in encoding, format conversion, and media optimization for large LED shows, web, broadcast, and social platforms.
  • Proven experience designing motion content for interactive applications including mobile UIs, VR, and AR environments.
  • Foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles and technical specifications across output channels.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design work, from branding to storytelling and digital experiences.
  • Keen on details and able to produce high quality professional outputs for large LED walls.
  • Experience working with media servers and their file formats such as Watchout, Disguise.
