Responsibilities
- Produce high quality video, motion graphics and animated content for brand storytelling
- Manage end to end motion and video production workflows including concept development, editing, post production, quality review, asset management and final delivery
- Translate briefs and ideas into polished, on brand outputs for campaigns, digital channels, social media, events and internal communications
- Provide specialist advice, identify service improvements, and contribute to an innovative and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Relevant degree, extensive motion design/video production experience, or equivalent combination
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience producing motion graphics and video content across digital, social, advertising and broadcast platforms
- Strong creative judgement including visual storytelling, typography in motion, pacing, design principles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines

About The Position
- Full Time, Continuing position
- Melbourne (Bundoora) location
- Classification: HEO6 Base salary from $96,878 + 17% superannuation
- Hybrid work model support
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high quality video, motion graphics and animated content that brings the organisation’s brand storytelling to life.
- Manage end to end motion and video production workflows, including concept development, editing, post production, quality review, asset management and final delivery.
- Translate briefs and ideas into polished, on brand outputs for campaigns, digital channels, social media, events and internal communications.
- Provide specialist advice, identify service improvements, and contribute to an innovative and collaborative team culture.
Skills And Experience
- Relevant degree, extensive motion design/video production experience, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience producing motion graphics and video content across digital, social, advertising and broadcast platforms.
- Strong creative judgement, including visual storytelling, typography in motion, pacing, design principles, and the ability to translate briefs into high quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines, innovate, take responsibility for outcomes, and contribute positively to the team.
