5+ years in motion design, VFX, or 3D production — agency, studio, or in-house.

Portfolio demonstrating mastery across motion graphics, compositing, and 3D with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual craft.

Expert in After Effects and Substance 3D.

Solid compositing and animation skills in After Effects.

Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud; hands-on with generative AI video and image tools.

Comfortable presenting work and partnering directly with customers throughout production.

High bar for quality, experience delivering at volume, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
