Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and building relationships with real estate agencies and developers.
- Financial Assessment: Conduct in depth financial needs assessments with prospective clients, translating complex mortgage products into clear, actionable, and personalized solutions.
- Application Management: Guide clients seamlessly through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring high accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all required documentation to banks.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of changing UAE/regional market trends, interest rates, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most competitive mortgage options.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with multiple banking partners to facilitate smooth approvals and stay updated on their latest lending policies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
