Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Mortgage Incentive Compensation Analyst to be responsible for partnering with PrimeLending's production leadership to prepare, revise, implement and administer compensation arrangements designed and developed specifically for mortgage sales employees.
Incumbents in this role will serve as a key client facing partner responsible for analyzing, interpreting and messaging information for the purpose of driving change management.
