About the Role
Oryx Signature seeks a full-time, on-site Mortgage & Finance Executive in Dubai to generate new business, advise clients on mortgage and finance solutions, and manage the complete application process.

Responsibilities
- Generate new mortgage and finance business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and business development activities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of investors, developers, referral partners, and prospective clients
- Advise clients on mortgage products, property finance, refinancing, and investment financing solutions
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and recommend suitable financing options
- Manage the complete mortgage application process from consultation through approval and disbursement
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, developers, and legal representatives to ensure timely processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agencies, financial institutions, and corporate partners
- Negotiate competitive financing solutions and achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Prepare financial analyses, proposals, reports, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, lending policies, and applicable legal requirements
- Monitor mortgage market trends, interest rates, banking products, and regulatory developments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in mortgage advisory, banking, real estate finance, property sales, or financial services in the UAE
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business development objectives
- Established portfolio and network of investors, developers, referral partners, and high value clients highly preferred
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial mortgage products, lending policies, and UAE banking practices
- Ability to analyze financial statements, income documents, cash flow, and client affordability
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving License mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with CRM and mortgage management systems
