- Follow up on application status and address client questions

Requirements
- Must have 1 2 year in UAE MORTGAGE SALES INDUSTRY or Real estate agent with mortgage knowledge
- Strong client advisory and communication skills
- Experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial services with solid understanding of mortgage products and lending practices in the UAE
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including assessing client affordability, evaluating documentation, and interpreting credit reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, compliance procedures, and data entry
- Ability to build trust based relationships with clients and external partners
- Comfort working in an on site, client facing environment in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial

Role Description
- The Mortgage Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to completion.

Qualifications
- Strong client advisory and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and professionally.
- Must have 1 2 year in UAE MORTGAGE SALES INDUSTRY or Real estate agent with mortgage knowledge.
- Experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or financial services, with a solid understanding of mortgage products and lending practices in the UAE.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, including assessing client affordability, evaluating documentation, and interpreting credit reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, compliance procedures, and data entry within internal systems.
- Ability to build trust based relationships with clients and external partners, demonstrating integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
