Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain terms and conditions clearly, and guide them through the application and approval process
- Assess clients’ financial situations, collect and verify required documentation, liaise with lenders and internal teams, and track applications to completion
- Maintain up to date knowledge of mortgage products and local market trends
- Deliver high quality customer service and meet individual and team performance targets
- Build strong client relationships, follow compliance and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and practical experience working with mortgages and mortgage lending
- Solid understanding of finance principles, including income assessment, credit analysis, and affordability calculations
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Prior experience in mortgage consulting, banking, or financial services is preferred
- Familiarity with local real estate and lending regulations in the United Arab Emirates is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems; ability to work with numerical data accurately
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple client cases simultaneously, and meet performance and compliance standards

Role Description
