- Assess client financial profiles, recommend suitable mortgage products, and manage documentation
- Build and maintain referral pipeline by partnering with real estate brokers, developers, and property consultants
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and bank lending policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in mortgage advisory within Dubai or direct sales within a UAE retail bank
- Existing active network of contacts within UAE banking credit teams and real estate agencies

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
