Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing mortgage solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Core responsibilities include assessing client financial information, offering professional advice on mortgage options, liaising with financial institutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Mortgage Consultant will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage application process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
- Experience in Finance, with a focus on financial analysis and credit evaluation
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools is beneficial
