Role Description

  • Advise clients on suitable mortgage and property financing options.
  • Assess their financial profiles and present tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Gather and review documentation, coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage applications from initial enquiry through to approval and disbursement.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and costs in clear terms.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate partners, and lenders.
  • Provide ongoing updates on application status and support clients throughout the financing journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and mortgage products, including experience with mortgage lending practices.
  • Solid foundation in finance, with the ability to analyze income, liabilities, credit reports, and property related financials.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience working with mortgages in the UAE market or similar regional markets is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the capacity to build trust based relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis to track leads, applications, and performance metrics.
