Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage and property financing options
- Assess clients' financial profiles and present tailored solutions
- Gather and review documentation, coordinate with banks and financial institutions
- Manage applications from initial enquiry through to approval and disbursement
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and costs in clear terms
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate partners, and lenders
- Provide ongoing updates on application status and support clients throughout the financing journey
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and mortgage products, including experience with mortgage lending practices
- Solid foundation in finance, with ability to analyze income, liabilities, credit reports, and property related financials
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proven experience working with mortgages in the UAE market or similar regional markets is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
