Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financing requirements
- Assess client eligibility for mortgage products
- Explain available mortgage options, interest rates, and repayment terms
- Collect and verify required financial documents
- Submit mortgage applications and coordinate with banks and financial institutions
- Monitor application progress and keep clients informed
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking and regulatory requirements
- Build relationships with banks, developers, and referral partners
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Achieve monthly performance targets while providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, financial services, or real estate finance is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to explain financial products clearly to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is an advantage
