Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products, explain terms and conditions, and guide them through the end to end application process.
- Assess clients’ financial situations, prepare mortgage applications, coordinate with lenders, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Engage in mortgage marketing activities, build relationships with referral partners, and follow up with clients to support them through approval and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service and meet business targets.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and mortgage products, with experience advising clients on home financing solutions
- Background in finance and financial planning, with the ability to analyze income, expenses, and affordability
- Experience in mortgage marketing or related sales activities, including lead generation and client outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service skills and a client focused approach
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
- Prior experience in the UAE mortgage market or real estate sector is an advantage
