This is a full time, on site Mortgage Advisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Mortgage Advisor will support clients in assessing their financing needs, explaining available mortgage products, and recommending suitable solutions in line with UAE banking regulations and lender requirements.
Day to day responsibilities include meeting clients, gathering and reviewing documentation, preparing mortgage applications, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions to secure approvals.
The role involves comparing offers, negotiating terms where possible, and clearly communicating conditions, timelines, and next steps to clients.
The Mortgage Advisor will also maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, contribute to mortgage marketing activities, and keep up to date with market trends and product changes.

Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance, including UAE lending practices and mortgage products.
Experience in Financial Planning, with the ability to assess affordability, risk, and long term client goals.
Understanding of Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to support lead generation and client outreach.
CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage advisory certification is preferred.
Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services in the UAE market is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software; comfort working with financial calculations and documentation.
Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
