About the Role
BETTERWAY MORTGAGES is seeking a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to help clients secure tailored home financing solutions. The role involves assessing client documentation, conducting affordability checks, preparing mortgage applications, and liaising with lenders.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, homeownership goals, and risk tolerance, and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Assess client documentation, conduct affordability checks, prepare mortgage applications, and liaise with lenders, underwriters, and internal teams to progress cases to completion
- Explain complex financial information in clear terms, manage a pipeline of applications, and provide regular updates to clients
- Support mortgage marketing activities, maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and contribute to business development through networking and client referrals
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and processes, including experience in Mortgages and Finance
- Expertise in Mortgage Marketing and client acquisition within the home finance sector
- Background in Financial Planning and the ability to analyze income, liabilities, and long term financial goals
- CeMap Qualified (or equivalent mortgage advisory certification), or working toward such qualification
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Loan Officer, or similar client facing financial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills with a customer centric approach
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial software and CRM tools
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage
