- Advise clients on the most suitable UAE mortgage and financing solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company provided leads
- Manage the complete mortgage process from initial consultation to loan disbursement
- Coordinate with banks, developers, real estate agents, and internal teams
- Collect and verify customer documentation for mortgage applications
- Provide regular updates to clients throughout the application process
- Build long term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and company procedures
