Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the end to end mortgage and financing process from initial consultation to completion
- Analyze clients' financial profiles and provide structured advisory on suitable mortgage and financing products
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams, oversee documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, Central Bank regulations, and market conditions
- Contribute to client education and outreach initiatives
Requirements
- Proven mortgage advisory and technical expertise, with demonstrable experience in mortgages and financing
- Ability to support client objectives through structured financial planning, consultancy, and tailored home financing solutions
- Experience promoting mortgage products and services, with sound mortgage marketing capability
- Professional certification preferred — CeMAP qualified or an equivalent recognized mortgage advisory qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- Strong attention to detail, ethical conduct, and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Experience in the MENA mortgage or banking market and fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage

Role Description
- The Mortgage Advisor is a full time, hybrid position based at our Dubai offices.
- Guide clients through the end to end mortgage and financing process — from initial consultation and affordability assessment through product selection, application submission, approval, and completion.
- Analyze clients' financial profiles, provide structured advisory on suitable mortgage and financing products from our panel of 40+ partner lenders, and explain terms, conditions, and repayment structures with clarity and full transparency.
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams, oversee documentation and compliance requirements, and ensure disciplined follow up to progress applications efficiently through to completion.
- Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, Central Bank regulations, and market conditions, and contribute to client education and outreach initiatives.

- Proven mortgage advisory and technical expertise, with demonstrable experience in mortgages and financing.
- Ability to support client objectives through structured financial planning, consultancy, and tailored home financing solutions.
