About the Role
Amplus Mortgage Consultants is hiring a Mortgage Advisor for direct sales on a commission-based structure. Responsibilities
- Generate new mortgage leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their financial profile and requirements
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and associated costs
- Collect and review customer documentation for mortgage applications
- Coordinate with banks, developers, valuators, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients throughout the mortgage journey
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Stay updated with UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking requirements

- Age: 24 years and above
