Storeys Real Estate is seeking a motivated, client-focused Mortgage Advisor in Dubai.
The role helps clients understand and secure mortgage and home financing solutions based on their financial situation and property requirements.
The position operates within the UAE real estate and mortgage market.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' financial requirements and property purchase plans.
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage and home financing options.
- Explain mortgage products, eligibility requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Assist clients through mortgage applications from consultation to approval and completion.
- Coordinate with banks, lenders, real estate agents, and other relevant parties.
- Collect and review client documents for mortgage applications.
- Maintain client communication and provide updates throughout the process.
- Build relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful mortgage applications.
- Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies, and financing products.
- Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UAE experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort speaking with clients and handling sales discussions.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
