- Previous experience working in an international school
- Native or near native proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of child development for children aged 3–6 years
- Experience integrating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into daily classroom practice
- Ability to establish, organize, and maintain a high quality Montessori prepared environment
- Strong observation skills with the ability to document children's developmental progress effectively

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the CASEL Social Emotional Learning Framework.
- Familiarity with Thinking Schools methodologies, including Visible Thinking, Concept Mapping, and Reflective Learning Routines.
- Previous experience working within the Saudi Arabian or GCC educational sector.
- Experience using digital Learning Management Systems (LMS) for student documentation and parent communication.
