Job summary
The role seeks a motivated implementation professional with hands-on experience delivering SaaS applications such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, and HubSpot.
The successful candidate translates business use cases into effective, scalable, and configured solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Implement SaaS solutions end to end based on client requirements.
- Translate client business processes and use cases into technical or configured solutions.
- Deliver configurations for project management, portfolio management, product lifecycle management, CRM, and manufacturing workflows.
- Build dashboards and reports for analytics and executive insights.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams for timely, quality delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide post-implementation support.
- Maintain documentation and repeatable implementation best practices.
Required skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on SaaS platform implementation experience.
- Development experience including Java, Python, R, and the listed J node skill set.
- Strong business process understanding across different domains.
- Experience scoping, configuring, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Experience building dashboards and reports.
