Job Purpose

The Molecular Contamination Control (MCC) Sales Coordinator supports the commercial effectiveness and operational coordination of the MCC business across the ME & CIS region. The role is responsible for helping the sales function run in a structured, responsive, and commercially disciplined manner by coordinating enquiries, quotations, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, tender documentation, and internal alignment.Acting as a central coordination point between customers, the Sales Manager, Sales Engineers, customer service, technical teams, factories, and other support functions, the role helps maintain momentum across the sales pipeline while improving quotation turnaround, data accuracy, documentation quality, and customer responsiveness.

CRM & reporting discipline

Maintain accurate opportunity records, follow-up actions, quotation status, and basic reporting visibility to support forecasting and management reviews.

  • Coordinate incoming customer enquiries, quotation requests, and follow-up actions in line with agreed commercial priorities and timelines.
  • Support the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers in preparing and issuing quotations, customer correspondence, and related commercial documentation.
  • Ensure customer requests, inputs, and supporting information are complete before release of quotations or submission of offers.
  • Monitor pending quotations, internal approvals, technical clarifications, and customer responses; follow through on open actions to keep opportunities moving.
  • Maintain visibility of next steps across active opportunities and support disciplined follow-up.

  • Prepare quotation packs and supporting files in the correct format and ensure all required attachments and commercial references are included.
  • Support coordination of tender documentation, prequalification paperwork, and bid submission requirements where applicable.
  • Maintain structured filing, version control, and traceability for quotations, customer correspondence, and related commercial records.
  • Ensure customer-facing documents are accurate, professional, and aligned with internal templates and governance standards.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including leads, opportunities, visit reports, quotations, action points, and status updates.
  • Track quotation status, ageing, next steps, and follow-up actions to support pipeline visibility and forecast discipline.
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and commercial trackers as required by the Sales Manager.
  • Help reinforce process discipline in opportunity tracking, reporting accuracy, and timely record updates

Education

1.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Position is based in UAE at Camfil Dubai Office.

Experience

1.

Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in inside sales, customer and internal coordination, commercial and quotation handling, product application and technical selections, within a technical or industrial B2B environment.

2.

Experience in industrial filtration, HVAC, technical equipment, engineered products, process industries, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, commercial infrastructure, or comparable technical sectors is advantageous.

3.

Good working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and general commercial documentation / ERP coordination processes.

4.

Previous job roles as Inside Sales Engineer or Internal Sales Executive, or similar is highly advantageous.
