This role supports product quality, regulatory compliance, and production efficiency by setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting molding machines and auxiliary equipment in a GMP/ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.

• Starting rate: $21.50 per hour
• Progression rate: $23.50 per hour after successful qualification in accordance with the manufacturing pay table
• Shift differential: $1.00 per hour for Night shift

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform required safety inspections on molding and auxiliary equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Report and support correction of safety or mechanical concerns
• Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines and related equipment
• Perform grade changes and process adjustments to maintain product quality
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues
• Assemble components into finished products according to work instructions
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Comply with GMP, ISO, and quality system requirements
• Verify materials, components, and work-in-process match work orders
• Perform inspections for defects and conformance to specifications
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Collaborate with quality team members to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain proper handling, labeling, and staging of materials and finished goods
• Ensure accurate completion of production records and logs
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and material tracking
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination
• Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and issue escalation
• Ensure materials and supplies are available to support uninterrupted production
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, safety, and warehouse teams
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and coworkers
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
