Role purpose

The Level 2 Systems Engineer role provides technical support, systems administration, and professional services delivery across managed customer environments.
The role focuses on Modern Workplace, cloud and on-premise storage, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration, servers, and migration work.
Level 2 support
- Own Level 2 incidents, requests, and technical escalations through resolution.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity, storage, networking, endpoint, and SaaS issues.
- Investigate root causes, identify permanent remediation, and escalate when specialist input is required.
- Maintain technical notes, customer communication, and resolution documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to first-line engineers.
Cloud and collaboration
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace customer environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Google Drive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
