Role Overview
Cooper Parry is seeking a Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to help build a smarter, more reliable, and secure workplace.
The role is hands-on and combines platform administration with continuous improvement across workplace technology.
The engineer will own key platforms and contribute to automation, AI adoption, security, and M&A integration initiatives.
Modern Workplace and Cloud
- Deploy, configure, and optimise Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Azure services.
- Own device management, policy configuration, and application deployment through Intune.
- Improve performance, security, and user experience across workplace technologies.
- Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
Infrastructure and Administration
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot network environments.
- Manage and optimise firewall and switching technologies.
- Administer Windows 11, Windows Server, iOS, and macOS environments.
- Maintain device compliance, patching, and configuration standards.
