The IT department sits within the Corporate Services directorate and plays an important part in enabling Roke to deliver customer work.

The department provides effective, compliant, secure, and resilient technical infrastructures, allowing our people to work effectively wherever they are based.

A key role in the End User Services (EUS) team, leading in the design, delivery and support of the modern Intune desktop and wider M365 environment.

A bridging role between the Platform and EUS teams.

• Lead in the ongoing development and support of the managed Intune laptop desktop
• Primary 3 rd line escalation point for the Service Desk
• Software packaging and deployment
• Ownership of the ongoing vulnerability compliance to align with CE+ & DCC mandated guidelines
• Windows operating system support
