Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the broader National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG). In this role, you will apply advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical techniques to evaluate complex systems, identify trends in large-scale data environments, and help shape the future of GEOINT capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to influence mission-critical decisions and deliver innovative solutions that directly support national security operations.
Your Role
- As a Senior MS&A Engineer , you will lead the development and application of sophisticated modeling and simulation solutions used to analyze NGA architectures, requirements, and system performance. You will work across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments to evaluate alternatives, assess emerging capabilities, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve mission effectiveness. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and serve as a trusted technical advisor on complex GEOINT-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and application of complex models, simulations, tools, and algorithms to identify trends and patterns within large-scale data environments.
- Analyze and model NGA architectures, systems, requirements, and performance to support current and future GEOINT capabilities.
- Develop and evaluate analysis of alternatives (AoA), performance trades, and design trade studies to inform technology and mission decisions.
- Create models supporting the assessment and deployment of new capabilities within NSG architectures and cloud-based environments .
- Provide technical recommendations based on simulation and analytical results to improve mission performance.
