Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer

Metis Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer to join our team and help us build and support a cutting-edge platform for the next generation of air traffic management simulation and research.

The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for modeling and simulation (ideally in an aerospace environment) with extensive software engineering experience.

The position will work closely with software developers, data engineers, system administrators, researchers, and other technical staff to design, implement, automate, secure, and maintain the infrastructure and processes used to build, test, deploy, and operate project software.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering, DevOps, software operations, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or a closely related technical field.
