Job Overview
Citi is hiring a Model Analysis Valid Analyst II, Officer in Mumbai, India.
The position supports the Capital Calculations and Reporting team in calculating and reporting firm and bank risk-weighted assets.
The role is an intermediate position with collaboration across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Technology, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and validate methods for measuring and analyzing market, credit, and operational risk.
- Lead model development, programming, integration, testing, and validation projects.
- Provide analytical support for analysis and benchmarking.
- Prepare business-as-usual and ad hoc reports, perform integrity checks, and verify key numbers.
- Improve risk analytics, modeling, validation systems, reporting systems, and Credit MIS reports.
- Assess risk in business decisions, comply with laws and policies, and transparently manage control issues.
Qualifications
- Programming experience with SAS, SQL, R, or similar tools; VBA knowledge is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of secured and unsecured banking products and US banking.
