The role:

A respected infrastructure advisory firm is appointing a senior Transport and Mobility Lead to head a growing division and shape its next chapter.
You'll work alongside Roads, Urban Planning, Smart City, and Sustainability teams on some of the most consequential mobility projects in the Gulf.
What you'll actually do:
Lead transport demand modelling, network simulation, and multi-modal planning
Work directly with major transport authorities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Grow a team of 4–5 and expand the service line
Win work, lead clients, and define new practice areas
What this is not:
A role where you manage a steady pipeline and keep your head down.
This firm wants someone who will question assumptions, introduce new thinking, and build something.
You bring:
15+ years in transport planning.
Hands-on with VISUM, VISSIM, CUBE or similar.
Gulf experience preferred.
A track record of leading studies, not just delivering them.
