The employer is seeking an experienced Mobile Technician specializing in Apple iPhone and iPad devices and Android devices.
The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting, and configuring mobile devices.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Apple and Android smartphones.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components.
- Troubleshoot software and configure mobile devices.
- Identify hardware and software issues.
- Perform quality checks after repairs.
- Handle customer devices professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Apple and Android devices.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
Workplace and compensation
- The job is located in Bur Dubai, Dubai.
- Work is performed in person.
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,000 per month.
