Role Overview
The Mobile Technician role supports automotive repairs and roadside assistance through field service calls.
The role includes service reporting, equipment care, parts inventory, motorcycle maintenance, safety, incident response, teamwork, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements related to automotive repairs and roadside assistance.
- Complete accurate service reports covering work performed, parts used, and issues encountered.
- Use, maintain, and care for tools and equipment during service calls.
- Report tool and equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Manage inventory of service parts such as batteries and tires.
- Report inventory levels and request replenishment when needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and care for the service motorcycle.
- Operate the motorcycle safely and legally during service calls.
- Report incidents or accidents promptly, including circumstances and resulting damage.
- Manage minor incidents and emergencies and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and departments to support service delivery and problem resolution.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors.
