Mobile Security Guard - Full Time - Hamilton

Requirements

• Must hold a valid G-Class driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of total driving experience and be able to provide an clean driver’s abstract/record covering the past 3 years.
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Immunization Record including MMR. Varicella, Covid19 and 2 TB tests
• Able to provide a clean shaven face in order to pass a N95 mask fit test
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in security
• Must be able to drive for longer period of times
• Must be comfortable with a dashboard camera recording device installed and operating in the company vehicle at all times.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
• Degree in Police Foundations, PSI, Criminology, or Border Services is an asset
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UOF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Please be aware: The UOF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
