About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common hardware and software issues in smartphones and electronic devices.
• Repair and replace components including screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, speakers, microphones, and other mobile phone parts.
• Perform board swapping and replacement of faulty motherboards and charging boards when required.
• Diagnose basic to intermediate faults related to power, charging, network, and display issues.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and firmware.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure devices meet company standards before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts replacements, and inventory usage.
• Provide professional assistance regarding device-related inquiries.
• Follow safety procedures when handling electronic equipment and repair tools.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile phone repair techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Atleast 3 years of experience as a Mobile Phone Technician - Level 3.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and board swapping.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware faults across multiple brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.).
• Basic soldering skills and familiarity with mobile phone internal components.
• Familiarity with repair tracking systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
