- Clearly explain repair issues and solutions to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
- Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories and products
- Promote and support accessory and device sales
- Install mobile accessories such as cases and screen protectors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android devices
- Good communication skills and confident customer interaction
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell accessories and services
- Friendly personality with good sales talk
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
