Job Description

This individual assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment by doing room cleaning and setting up tasks, cleaning the department traffic areas, stocking supplies and performing end-of-the-day cleaning tasks.
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is not necessary but preferred to perform duties.
Previous clinical medical work experience beneficial.
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, online manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED. Possesses a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License and Class B CDL License.
Must pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
