Role Overview
Transports mobile medical imaging equipment to client sites along the mobile route and maintains equipment according to specifications.
Working closely with all members of the Imaging team, he/she is responsible for providing a clean and safe environment as well as functioning as a receptionist, transporter, positioning aide, and runner for supplies.
This individual assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment by doing room cleaning and setting up tasks, cleaning the department traffic areas, stocking supplies and performing end-of-the-day cleaning tasks.

Job Description
Transports mobile medical imaging equipment to client sites along the mobile route and maintains equipment according to specifications. Working closely with all members of the Imaging team, he/she is responsible for providing a clean and safe environment as well as functioning as a receptionist, transporter, positioning aide, and runner for supplies. This individual assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment by doing room cleaning and setting up tasks, cleaning the department traffic areas, stocking supplies and performing end-of-the-day cleaning tasks.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of patient care standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is not necessary but preferred to perform duties.
- Previous clinical medical work experience beneficial.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, online manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.
