• Manage the IT ticket system and support of IT infrastructure across the Ottawa region
• Ensure the company's computer equipment functions properly and provide support to all users
• Troubleshoot, test, install, maintain and upgrade hardware and equipment
• Daily travel to construction sites, sales centres, retirement communities as required
• Configure and maintain IT hardware across a wide variety of environments
• Deliver hands-on desk-side support, remote fixes, and smooth service installs
• Lead equipment inventory and lifecycle management

• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• Solid working knowledge of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis, Yardi, etc.)
• A reliable car and a willingness to be on the road between sites
• A self-start mindset - ambitious, energetic, and ready to take initiative
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a positive attitude
• Deep familiarity with PC and laptop hardware setup and maintenance
• Strong debugging skills for complex problems
• Comfort working independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
