You will be an experienced mechanical engineer with a background in commercial building services, facilities management or a similar environment .
You will ideally have:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in a mechanical discipline , or equivalent.
Apprenticeship-trained mechanical engineering background or equivalent practical training.
Previous experience delivering mechanical maintenance within commercial buildings.
Strong experience of both PPM and reactive maintenance .
Good fault-finding and problem-solving capability.
Sound knowledge of ACOP L8 / Legionella control .
A good understanding of associated building-services systems.
Confidence using CAFM systems, email and electronic reporting tools.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently while remaining part of a wider engineering team.
Full UK driving licence , due to the mobile nature of the position.
