Role Overview
The Mobile Developer owns native iOS and Android SDKs embedded in partner applications.
The role covers public API design, mobile networking, packaging, release engineering, reference applications, and integration documentation.
The SDKs support identity and fraud-prevention services and are used in banking and fintech applications where compatibility, privacy, and correctness are critical.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto and requires at least four days per week onsite at EnStream's head office.
- The onsite requirement may be changed at management's discretion.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, and release native iOS and Android SDKs.
- Design stable public interfaces with deliberate versioning, deprecation, and backward compatibility.
- Handle mobile network transitions, SIM configurations, carrier variation, timeouts, and retries.
- Keep the SDK lightweight, dependency-light, and privacy-conscious.
- Maintain reference applications and sample integrations.
- Own developer-facing integration and troubleshooting documentation.
