About the Role
HE Holding LLC is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator for project sites in Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating cranes, performing daily inspections, and ensuring safe lifting operations.

Responsibilities
- Operate cranes for installation and erection of heavy equipment and loading/unloading materials at project sites and lay down yards.
- Carry out daily inspection and function tests of cranes, and work with maintenance staff to ensure safe working condition.
- Inspect job sites with rigging and lifting staff to understand requirements and site conditions.
- Ensure all safety systems are functioning properly and check lifting plans to prevent damage.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Move equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
- Undertake required training activities to operate equipment safely.
Requirements
- UAE Heavy Equipment License holder
- 5 years of Crane Operation experience in UAE
- High school or equivalent education

Job Responsibilities
- Operating cranes, carrying out daily inspection of crane, daily function test, working with maintenance staff to ensure crane is correctly maintained in good safe working condition.
- Work with rigging staff and lifting staff to inspect the job site and correctly understand the job requirements and suitability of site conditions and access.
- Operate the crane for installation and erection of heavy equipment and for loading and unloading of materials at Projects sites and lay down yards.
- Ensure all safety systems of the cranes are functioning properly.
- Check the lifting plans and ensure the load can be handled or erected without any damage to the crane and nearby equipment.
- Be alerted to changing environment, weather conditions at site to ensure safe operation of the crane.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings to review plans and proposed activity and ensure that lifting duties are within the capabilities of the crane
- Move equipment and supplies to and from job sites
- Undertakes all required training activities to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform the duties at different locations as and when required by the company
Requirements
- UAE Heavy Equipment License holder
- Experience of Crane Operation in UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
