We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Operations Supervisor** to manage and oversee our mobile car wash vans.
The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers at their homes and offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule daily routes for mobile wash vans and cleaning teams.
- Supervise and monitor the performance and quality of services provided.
- Ensure vans and equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily use.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues on-site.
- Track productivity, expenses, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with drivers and technicians to meet service targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car wash services or field operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- **Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)**
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for scheduling and reporting.
