Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties; maintain records of inspections and work orders for each site.
- Perform inspections across multiple properties to ensure compliance and optimal performance; coordinate contractor activities across sites and report issues.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards across all managed properties; maintain safety logs for each building under management.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties, including severe weather, equipment failures, and power outages.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior mobile technicians; assist with training initiatives to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with property managers and engineers on-site to resolve tenant service requests; work with vendors and contractors to complete repairs and maintenance.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
- Valid state driver's license required. Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
- CFC Certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems; ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and laptop/phone applications for work order systems, email, and training platforms.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
