Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high quality mobile applications
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and intuitive user interfaces

- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture discussions

Role Description
- The Mobile App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality mobile applications that deliver secure, scalable, and user friendly experiences across iOS, Android, or cross platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications based on functional and technical requirements
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Implement application features that provide optimal performance across mobile devices and operating systems
- Ensure applications comply with coding standards, security best practices, and platform specific guidelines
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, manage local and cloud based data storage
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Debug application issues, resolve defects, and deliver timely software updates
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture discussions
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and development frameworks
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mobile application development, software engineering principles, object oriented programming, mobile application architecture, and SDLC
- Proficiency in native mobile development for Android and/or iOS or cross platform development frameworks
- Experience with mobile SDKs, RESTful API integration, version control systems, and databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, mobile testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is an advantage
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, application security, authentication, push notifications, offline data synchronization, mobile performance optimization, and application publishing processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
