Role Description
- The Mobile App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality mobile applications across iOS, Android, or cross platform environments.
- Works closely with cross functional teams to build innovative mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mobile applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and engaging user interfaces.
- Implement features for seamless functionality across devices and OS.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Manage local and cloud based data storage.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, monitor health.
- Participate throughout SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, DevOps, stakeholders.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, automated testing, CI/CD.
- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mobile application development, software engineering principles, OOP, mobile architecture, design patterns, SDLC.
- Proficiency in native Android and/or iOS development or cross platform frameworks, mobile SDKs, RESTful API integration, databases, version control.
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, application security, authentication, push notifications, offline sync, performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, continuous learning.
